How to heat & mold mouth guards

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and remove from heat for one minute. Using a large metal spoon, fully immerse the heavy duty mouth guard into the water. Leave for 20 seconds (no longer than 25 seconds).
2. Remove mouth guard from pot and lay on a paper towel. After 3 seconds pick up the mouth guard and place it on the top row of teeth. Once secure, gently press upward with your thumbs to form a mold around your teeth. Then close your mouth and use a sucking sensation to create a tight fit.
3. Congratulations! You have completed the molding process for M3 Naturals Heavy Duty Mouth Guard.
