1. Warranty Coverage
Neshtary Company for Promoting Products ('we', 'us', or 'our') provides warranty coverage for products purchased from our store. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Functional failures under normal use conditions
What is NOT Covered:
- Product consumable parts e.g. cables, nozzles, brush heads..etc.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
- Damage from exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage from use with incompatible accessories or software
2. Warranty Periods
Warranty periods vary by product category:

Electronics: 1 year from date of purchase
The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase as shown on your receipt or order confirmation.
3. Warranty Registration
While warranty registration is not required for coverage, we strongly recommend registering your product within 14 days of purchase. Registration helps us:

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

5. Warranty Remedies
If your product is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion:

Replace: Provide a new replacement product

Refund: Provide a full refund of the purchase price, only if the product is out of stock.
Replacement products will be new and will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original product.
6. Shipping and Handling
- We will cover shipping costs for warranty replacements
- You are responsible to return the defected product to the delivery person coming with the replacement product.
7. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective products. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the purchase price of the product
- Damages caused by third-party products or services
8. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.
9. International Warranty
This warranty is valid in Kuwait and may have different terms in other countries. For international warranty service, please contact our customer support team.
