TROUBLESHOOTING
Pump Air-Lock Issue
If the coffee maker's pump is run without water, it may become air-locked and unable to push water. This is a common issue with portable coffee makers and can be easily fixed. Solution: To resolve this, simply use a syringe filled with water and carefully insert it into the small intake hole. Gently push water through the system to prime the pump. Once the water starts flowing, the coffee maker should function normally.
